Dave is father to Matt, Tim and James and was the boy's first coach and ultimately responsible for the 3 boys tennis development along with wife Jocelyn.

 

Dave is a former New Zealand Canterbury junior tennis champion and current New Zealand senior champion. Dave has a high-performance sports background being a 4 time NZ snooker champion, 15 time NZ billiards champion as well as 103 titles at both national and international level.

 

Dave is Meredith Brothers Head Hot Shots coach and specialises in the development of players up to the age of 12, focusing strongly on technique.
